Naked Dresses is delighted to offer Free UK & Worldwide Delivery.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it typically arrives within 1-4 business days via UPS Express. All orders can be tracked online to ensure your order gets to you safely.

Orders placed between Monday & Friday (before 5pm) are processed and shipped on the same day. For orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays processing will begin on the Monday. 

Please note Free UK & Worldwide Delivery covers up to 1kg (approx 2 dresses). Any additional items will occur a delivery cost which is calculated for you at checkout.  

At Naked Dresses, we value our relationship with our customers and take pride in offering a quality product and service.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returning or exchanging an item couldn't be easier. 

Returns and exchanges

Try your items on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different size, style or refund. You can process your return or exchange using the link here. 

 You have 21 days from receiving your order to:

- Initiate your return or exchange using the link here

- Drop off your return using the return label provided to the selected carrier. 

Our secure return labels are charged at £15 per return initiated, this will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. There is no cost to exchange your Naked Dresses purchase. 

Items must be returned to us in original condition with all designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Need a different size or colour?

There’s no cost to exchange your Naked Dresses purchase. If you wish to try another size, colour or style, simply request your exchange via our return portal linked here.

Please note exchanges cannot be processed until the original order is received in our warehouse and inspected. If you need to exchange an item and need it quickly, we recommend creating a return and placing a new order.

Our Return Policy

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the Naked Dresses and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags. 

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition. We may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange on any orders that do not adhere to this policy.

For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:

- the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;

- the designer and Naked Dresses tag are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that the Naked Dresses and designer tags constitute an integral part of each product; and/or

- you have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).

You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason via email. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.

Original condition

We take hygiene and customer safety very seriously at Naked Dresses. To ensure all customers receive items in pristine condition, we kindly ask that you kindly try on, handle, and repackage items with care.

All items must be returned in original condition, this means that they must be: 

- Unworn and undamaged

- Free from any sign of wear, including but not limited to: makeup, perfume, deodorant, snags, pet hair or human hair

- Returned with all original tags, garment bags, labels, ribbons and/or packaging attached and intact 

Each return is carefully inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these standards may result in cleaning fees or the return being refused. If a return is refused, you will have the option to have the item sent back to you at your own shipping expense. 

Receiving your refund

You will receive an email to confirm once your refund has been processed. The refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.

Credit Card: Our bank will credit your account within 15 working days of receipt of your items

PayPal: Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 48 hours of your refund email being sent 

Store Credit: The reimbursed sum will be available in your account within 48 hours of your refund email being sent

If you paid for your order in store credit and another payment method and received your order in a single shipment, if you decide to make a return, we will refund the amount as it was charged reimbursing the gift card used. If you paid for your order in store credit and another payment method and received your order in multiple shipments, and you decide to make a return, we cannot guarantee that we will refund the amount as it was charged.

Please note, if you have sent back item(s) separately, you'll receive an email for each return shipment. You can also choose to receive your refund either as Store Credit to your Naked Dresses account, or back to the original payment method.

Subject to compliance with our return policy, if you drop off your purchase at the selected carrier within 14 days of receiving your order, we will reimburse you the full value of the items minus the £15 return label fee.

Your shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Additional Information

To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

We only allow items to be returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You cannot make returns outside of our return portal.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Late Returns

Your items should be sent back to us within 21 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Naked Dresses and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Damaged Product, Disputes, & Refused Packages

Customers have 24 hours after delivery to inform us if the products they received are damaged or have a defect. Please note, any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and be issued a store credit. Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee, and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.  

Sizing Recommendations

All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in an item from our site. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘Size Chart’ link on the product page to ensure you are choosing the best size for your measurements.

As a general rule when in doubt of a size option, always choose the larger size. It's easy to take a dress in, but nearly impossible to add width. Please note that it is very common with formal wear that your item will need alterations.

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Naked Dresses as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate. 

Repeated returns not in compliance with the return policy

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers in order to check whether the purchase of products is pursued for consumer purposes and is not, on the contrary, pursued for commercial, entrepreneurial or professional purposes, and/or is otherwise related to fraudulent intent. 

Frequent or repeated returns and in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged. In this case, at our discretion, we may proceed to close your Naked Dresses account or refuse future orders.

Order Processing Guidelines

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 5:00pm GMT will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 pm GMT and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

It is important to note ASHLEYlauren dresses are made with a contoured fit, inside boning and are delivered in US sizing. After determining your unique measurements, please refer to the size chart below to ensure you select the correct corresponding UK / EU dress size for you.
