Returns


At Naked Dresses, we value our relationship with our customers and take pride in offering a quality product and service.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returning or exchanging an item couldn't be easier, please follow the process below.

Exchanges and Returns

Try your items on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different size, style or refund. You can process your return or exchange using the link here

 You have 21 days from receiving your order to:

- Initiate your return or exchange using the link here

- Drop off your return using the label provided to the selected carrier. 

Returns are £15 if you drop off your purchase at the select carrier within 14 days of receiving your order, using the pre-printed return label created. Otherwise, if the items are sent back to us after 14 days, an additional fee of £15 will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be returned to us unused with all designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Additional Information

To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

We only allow items to be returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You cannot make returns outside of our return portal.

Our Return Policy

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the Naked Dresses and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags. 

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition. We may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange on any orders that do not adhere to this policy.

For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:

  • the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;

  • the designer and Naked Dresses tag are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that the Naked Dresses and designer tags constitute an integral part of each product; and/or

  • you have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).

You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason via email. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.

Need a different size or colour?

There’s no cost to exchange your Naked Dresses purchase. If you wish to try another style, simply request your exchange via our return portal linked here. Please note exchanges cannot be processed until the original order is received in our warehouse and inspected. If you need to exchange an item and need it quickly, we recommend creating a return and placing a new order.

Final Sale

Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Late Returns

Your items should be sent back to us within 21 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Naked Dresses and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Damaged Product, Disputes, & Refused Packages

Customers have 24 hours after delivery to inform us if the products they received are damaged or have a defect. Please note, any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and be issued a store credit. Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee, and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.  

Sizing Recommendations

All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in an item from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements.

To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘Size Chart’ link on the product page. As a general rule when in doubt of a size option, always choose the larger size. It's easy to take a dress in, but nearly impossible to add width. Please note that it is very common with formal wear that your item will need alterations.

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Naked Dresses as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. 

Receiving your refund

You will receive an email to confirm once your refund has been processed. The refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.

If you paid for your order in store credit and another payment method and received your order in a single shipment, if you decide to make a return, we will refund the amount as it was charged reimbursing the gift card used. If you paid for your order in store credit and another payment method and received your order in multiple shipments, and you decide to make a return, we cannot guarantee that we will refund the amount as it was charged.

Please note, if you have sent back item(s) separately, you'll receive an email for each return shipment. You can also choose to receive your refund either as Store Credit to your Naked Dresses account, or back to the original payment method.

Subject to compliance with our return policy, if you drop off your purchase at the selected carrier within 14 days of receiving your order, we will reimburse you the full value of the items minus the £15 return label fee.

Your shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Credit Card: Our bank will credit your account within 15 working days of receipt of your items

PayPal: Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 48 hours of your refund email being sent 

Store Credit: The reimbursed sum will be available in your account within 48 hours of your refund email being sent

Repeated returns not in compliance with the return policy

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers in order to check whether the purchase of products is pursued for consumer purposes and is not, on the contrary, pursued for commercial, entrepreneurial or professional purposes, and/or is otherwise related to fraudulent intent. 

Frequent or repeated returns and in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged. In this case, at our discretion, we may proceed to close your Naked Dresses account or refuse future orders.

Order Processing Guidelines

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 5:00pm GMT will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 pm GMT and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
