NAKED DRESSES RETURNS POLICY
Naked Dresses offer refunds to your original payment method for all online purchases.
The item(s) must be returned back to us within 14 days of receipt in unworn and original condition, ensuring all tags are still attached. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where this policy has not been followed.

Naked Dresses charges a courier flat rate of £15 for all returns when arranged via our returns portal, this is offset from your refund when the return has been processed.
EXCHANGE MY ORDER
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or style, please Click Here and we will provide you with a label to return the item(s) to us. Naked Dresses will not charge any additional shipping costs for your exchange.
FAULTY GARMENT / WRONG ITEM RECIEVED
If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please email customercare@nakeddresses.com (within 24 hours of receipt) quoting your name, order number, details of the product and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Order cancellations must be made by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If however, your order has already been processed, you will need to return it to us after it has been delivered.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Naked Dresses processes all refunds within 5 days of receipt. We will use this time to quality check each item(s) and to ensure all tags are attached and that the item(s) are in original sellable condition. Once this has been approved and your refund has been processed you will be notified via email confirmation.
