UK & WORLDWIDE RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your Naked Dresses purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

The item(s) must be returned to us unworn and in original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation and tags still attached. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed and your item(s) will be sent back to you.

To begin processing your return please email customercare@nakeddresses.com quoting your name, order number, details of the product, reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Your return label will be emailed to you once your return has been authorised. 

Naked Dresses charges a flat rate of £9 for all returns when arranged via our returns manager. All return postage and fees including any duty and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. 

EXCHANGE MY ORDER

If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or style, please email customercare@nakeddresses.com and we will provide you with a label to return the item(s) to us. 

Please ensure the original item(s) is returned within 7 days to avoid delays on processing your exchange for you. Naked Dresses will not charge any additional shipping costs for exchanges.

FAULTY GARMENT / WRONG ITEM RECIEVED

If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please email (within 24 hours of receipt) customercare@nakeddresses.com quoting your name, order number, details of the product and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt to return the item(s) to us.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Order cancellations must be made by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If however, your order has already been processed, you will need to return it to us after it has been delivered. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND? 

Naked Dresses processes all returns within 7 days of receipt. We will use this time to quality check each item(s) and to ensure all tags are attached and that the item(s) are in original sellable condition. 

Once this has been approved and your refund has been processed you will be notified via email confirmation. Any item(s) returned outside of our 7 day return window will be returned to sender.
