Naked Dresses is delighted to offer free worldwide shipping through UPS Express. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it typically arrives within 1-5 business days, depending on your location. While we strive to meet these delivery times, please note that unexpected delays may occasionally occur, which are beyond our control.
Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed and shipped within 1 business day. For orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays, processing will begin the following Monday.

UK RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your Naked Dresses purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
The item(s) must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation & tags. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and your item will be sent back to you.
To begin processing your return / exchange please contact customercare@nakeddresses.com quoting your name, order number, details of the product, reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
Kindly note all return postage and fees including any duty and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Items using email marketing discount codes or our Spin The Wheel feature are fully refundable as per our return policy.
EXCHANGE MY ORDER
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size / style, please contact customercare@nakeddresses.com and return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days. Naked Dresses will not charge any additional shipping costs for exchanges.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items can be returned strictly for exchange or refund by online gift card only. Your gift card will be issued via email once the item(s) have been received back in original condition. Your gift card has 6 months validity sitewide.
Items using email marketing discount codes or our Spin The Wheel feature are fully refundable (as per our return policy for non SALE items) unless the item purchased is a SALE item.
ROW INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your Naked Dresses purchase, returns are accepted for store credit or exchange.
The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days in its original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation & tags. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and your item will be sent back to you.
Your store credit will be issued via email gift card once the item(s) have been received back in original condition. Your gift card has 6 months validity sitewide.
FAULTY GARMENT / WRONG ITEM RECIEVED
If the item you received is faulty or the incorrect order has been received, please contact customercare@nakeddresses.com quoting your name, order number, details of the product and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
This email must be received by our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item only to return it to us.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Order cancellations must be made by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If however, your order has already been processed, you will need to return it to us after it has been delivered. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
